PHILOSOPHY
As winegrowers we regard our profession as artisanry. Cultivating our vineyards, we follow the idea of regenerative agriculture and have been organically certified since November 2022.
It is our conviction that high-quality grapes can only grow on healthy soils. That is why we pay special attention to our soil and its microorganisms, the creation of humus and the improvement of the soil’s water retention capacity.
In the cellar we see ourselves as preservers and try to interfere as little as possible: “Controlled doing nothing” sums it up quite well! For this you need a lot of trust in nature and a fairly calm personality.
