We practice ecological viticulture and have been following the approach of regenerative agriculture for years. We have also been Fair'n Green sustainability certified since 2022.

Porphyry and andesite mark the character of our wines: Created 290 million years ago from dead volcanos and lava, they today offer our vines the unique soil for mineral and elegant wines.
